I will be hiking in honor of my Mom (taken by dementia too soon), and others affected by Alzheimer's. My Team and I will be hiking to the summit of Mt. Zealand, one of the New Hampshire 48 (4,000ft. peaks) in the White Mountains. We will be one of many teams flooding the White Mountains in purple showing our support.
En la actualidad, más de 50 millones de personas en todo el mundo viven con Alzheimer, including more than 6 million living with Alzheimer's and dementia here in the United States who are providing over $287 billion worth of unpaid care.
It is my hope that together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation if you can. Any amount helps.
