Please join my team! Let's find a cure; Let's help support; Let's POUND the **** out of dementia; Let's LIBRA PARA LOS RECUERDOS!

This year, for The Longest Day, with my loving family's support and a team of friends beside me, I will be holding a POUND class to POUND FOR THE MEMORIES to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's disease and all other types of dementia. 

If you do not know what POUND is, it is an amazing heart pumping, fun, exhilarating Rock Out Work Out to super fun music, using lightly weighted drumsticks to make some noise, hoot and holler, laugh and yes...even create your own drum solo!

This fundraising event will be located in the Canonsburg, Pa area on Sábado, Junio 15. (Time and exact location to be determined). There will be raffle baskets, vendors, 50/50 and plenty of fun. Following this event, there will be an after party to celebrate. 

To join the team and to participate, please make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association through this page. All monies go directly to the Alzheimer's Association. 

Please consider making a donation to this very important cause, whether you join our team or not. Together we can surpass our goal and get closer to a cure and POUND the crap outta the THIEF named DEMENTIA. This THIEF robs us of time, memories, laughter, family…your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, friends.
