Hola a todos ! 

I personally have spent the last 12 years having a wonderful privilege to take care of more patients than I can count that were suffering with Alzheimer’s dementia, and or Parkinson’s.There are no words to describe how these diseases affect our loved ones.We see them struggle daily, and we try our hardest to make sure that they spend every day with a smile on their face, and knowing that they are loved. 

I ask everyone to donate because there is no one in this world that can say that they don’t know someone that struggles with Alzheimer’s dementia and or Parkinson’s; whether that be a grandmother or grandfather, a mother, or father, so even siblings and children . 

Alzheimer’s does not discriminate; it is a disease that slowly overtime takes the memories from our loved ones and turn us into strangers . I personally have watched as family members that I loved struggled to remember my name,  fought to remember that I’m their  granddaughter and sadly forgot all the love they had for me and I for them …..because of this disease.

That statement is exactly why I’m urging whoever’s able to ; to donate to my Alzheimer’s campaign, so that one day, hopefully sooner rather than later, we will find a cure so that our loved ones will never forget our faces or forget how important they are to us and how much we truly love them.
