We are walking this year in the Peachtree City Walk to End Alzheimer's in honor of Tom Anderson, who lost his battle with Lewy Body Dementia 2 days before Thanksgiving 2015. He left behind a wife, 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was only 65 years old.
LBD no es una enfermedad rara. Afecta a aproximadamente 1.3 millones de personas y sus familias en los Estados Unidos, pero muchos médicos u otros profesionales médicos aún no están familiarizados con LBD.
It doesn,t matter what the 'name' of the dementia is, we have to continue to help fund research for this awful disease. Monies donated not only go for research, but also to provide respite for caregivers. So very very important! Please donate if you can. If you can't, please join our team and please continue to pray for a cure so that generations to come don't have to suffer from ANY type of dementia.
¡Muchas gracias!
Diana Anderson
