I am walking to honor my father on September 29, 2024 in Adrian, Michigan. People think it is just forgetting things. But there are personality changes too. Even the gentlest person can become hostile or violent. One day you realize the person you love doesn't know you. All your past history is lost. Your remember but your parent can't. When you have lost so many family members to this, you worry about yourself and the pain your children and grandchildren might have to go through. That is why I have participated in Walk to End Alzheimer's for many years. Come and walk with us, donate or offer up your prayers.
