By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Mary Lynn and I are raising awareness and funds to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research. Our mom is gone, but this disease still affects us. Fear that we, or others in our family, will have to deal with this is real. We know dementia has affected friends and family already, and this is our way to make a difference as we honor Mom.
This year’s walk is on Saturday, September 14 in Rochester. You are welcome to join us. It’s only 6 days away now!
Please make a donation, if you can. If you have been affected by Alzheimer’s or other dementia, let us know, and we can pray and walk for them, too. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.
